The third season of The Grand Tour has been officially announced by Amazon, which transmits them via their Prime Video service. Popular success, the show is very popular with car fans, as Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May, former hosts of Top Gear on the BBC, were hosted until the 22nd season. The three friends took their third season for Amazon and a first trailer of the Grand Tour is here.
In this third season, which is accompanied by a video game, we cross, like the three accomplices a wooden bridge with pick-ups as wide as the bridge in question, with the fear of bending a wheel. We then see them driving three muscle cars, a Dodge Challenger, a Chevrolet Camaro and a Ford Mustang, in the middle of a deserted Detroit neighborhood.
We also see James May playing bagpipe or pulling a statue of Clarkson's head with a pickup, we see Clarkson on top of a basket during a storm, and we see her on a snowy circuit with dubious shapes. Of course, the Top Gear spirit that the trio wanted to bring back to The Grand Tour is back!
The new season of the show will air on January 18, one episode per week. However, plans for the future of the series are unclear, as the original contract covered three seasons and was not extended for the time being. The series had great doubts during the shooting of Season 2 after the big accident of Richard Hammond, who had rolled in the Rimac Concept One.
